1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Great Job Games ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of our mobile games, including all content, updates and related services (the "Games"). By downloading, installing or playing a Game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Games.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to play the Games. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and supervises any purchases.

3. License to play

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us and our licensors.

4. Virtual items and purchases

• Virtual items. The Games may include virtual currency, boosters, characters, skins or other items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the Game.
• Purchases. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Prices may change at any time. You are responsible for all charges on your account.
• Refunds. All purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or granted by the relevant app store. Refund requests must be submitted through the store.
• Changes. We may add, modify, rebalance or remove Virtual Items and features at any time. If a Game is discontinued, Virtual Items will no longer be available and no refund is owed except where required by law.
• Loss of progress. Progress and Virtual Items are tied to your device or store account. We are not responsible for loss caused by device changes, uninstalling the Game or account issues, although we will try to help where we can.

5. Advertising

The Games are free to play and supported by advertising, including optional rewarded ads. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content. See our Privacy Policy for how to limit personalized ads.

6. Rules of conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use hacks, mods, bots, scripts, emulators or any unauthorized third-party software that interacts with the Games.
• Exploit bugs or glitches, or manipulate purchases, rewards, leaderboards or ad delivery.
• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Games, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Sell, rent, trade or transfer Virtual Items, accounts or progress.
• Use the Games for any commercial purpose or in any way that is unlawful, harmful or infringes the rights of others.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Games or our partners' services.

7. Intellectual property

The Games and everything in them, including code, artwork, characters, names, music, sounds, text and design, are owned by Great Job Games or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not use our names, logos or artwork without written permission, except for non-commercial fan content and reviews that do not suggest endorsement.

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without any obligation to you.

8. Third-party services

The Games rely on third-party platforms and services, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, advertising networks and analytics providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any Game or feature at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Games will always be available, error-free or compatible with your device.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to a Game, including any Virtual Items, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe you are cheating or abusing the Game. You can stop using the Games at any time by uninstalling them. Sections 4, 7 and 11 to 15 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Job Games and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, Virtual Items, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Games. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Games will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Great Job Games from any claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Games.

14. Apple-specific terms

If you play on an Apple device, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Great Job Games, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, is not responsible for any warranty, product or intellectual property claims relating to the Games, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you. Your use must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless the consumer protection laws of your country give you the right to bring claims where you live. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continued use of the Games after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
